Jean twari
Jean Twari has been with us for over four years. He was the sous-chef and has held the position of head chef since January 15, 2025.
He studied culinary arts at the École Hôtelière de Boulazac. He completed his apprenticeship and gained his first professional experience alongside Vincent Arnoud, MOF and Michelin-starred chef of Le Vieux Logis in Trémolat. He then continued his journey with Rémy Giraud, chef of the prestigious two-star restaurant Les Hauts de Loire, before joining our establishment.
Jean loves challenges. For instance, he was named "Best Apprentice of France" for the Aquitaine region and won a Joël Robuchon competition in 2017.
His two passions: cooking and sharing. He loves bringing joy to others and is deeply committed to their well-being and happiness.
